Overview

On July 3rd and July 4th, 2009, I joined fellow hikers on a camping trip in the Hoover Wilderness. On July 3rd we hiked up the Eagle Creek Trail to Peak 10421, and on July 4th we hiked up to Barney Lake 8,258'. The trail to Barney Lake is 4 miles long and starts at Twin Lakes Campground. Views are incredible, as Barney Lake is surrounded by alpine peaks towering on each side of the trail.
