During my August 2009 trip to Glacier National Park with my wife and son, I went hiking, climbing, or both every day, but we were also lucky enough to get one of the rooms with a private balcony at the Many Glacier Hotel. These are some of the scenes I was lucky enough to catch while standing on the balcony greeting the new day or, cold beer or glass of wine beside me, bidding farewell to the old one.
