The Pass North of Split Mountain
Hiking towards the pass that is north of Split Mountain. Once we hiked over the low hill just south east of Lake 11598 we began the hike to the top of the pass in earnest. I really want to call this pass North Split pass just so that it becomes associated with Split Mountain more, but I don't think that anyone will know what I'm talking about and I doubt that the name will stick. Oh well... August 8, 2006
