The Sawtooth Range

A view south from the Clary Coulee Trail around dawn. Ear Mountain, the plains at the base of which are the last place in the U.S. that grizzly bears emerge from the mountains onto the open plains, is on the left. In the foreground are the cliffs of Lonesome Ridge and Wind Mountain.
