How well you captured this one, Eric!

Many years ago we came to St. Bartholomä, walked to below Watzmann's wall, but there was no Eiskapelle. Now I see it's not only an invention to trap tourists.

The Eiskapelle as I saw it on November 1st this year was pretty spectacular, I must say. Maybe I should put in a couple of pictures of that as well. The snowfield you see on this picture isn't even the actual Eiskapelle, which lies a lot further to the left; it's a smaller snowfield with an opening in equal shape to the Eiskapelle.
