The sword of Damocles

This Sword of Damocles tree almost ended Lou Wilson's, Gery Cox's and my life in January 1998. The Tokopah Falls area gets a wet, heavy snow at times and trees get uprooted. We were lucky that night, the tree didn't make it all the way down on our tent, but it was way too close for comfort. When you climb at Tokopah, be careful where you put your tent!!
