Find it hard to see exactly where you went up in 2009?
I explored Kakwa in 2021 and went up the valley up a small river to Pommel Mountain:

You must have climbed the VERY steep mountainside to the West of that Valley which seems insane to me, the route up the Kitchi River seems much more doable using a jetboat, this is the view looking towards the end of the Kitchi river: https://photos.app.goo.gl/LNkv7LMHHu4wLAwf8
