Touch-Me-Not

As you turn off hwy 64 in the horseshoe curve just east of Eagle Nest this is what you will see. a road goes straight to reintergration center and is postes with black sign on tree on the left (no trespassing). Dumpster on right (probably for reintergration center's use. road to the right not visible goes up to Green mountain and Touch-me-not trailhead. just to the right of the dumpster is small parking lot. big enough for 3 or 4 minivans. when we pulled off 64 we were greeting by a black bear in the road. we took photos. he/she took off to the left up into the mountain.
