Cow Path
From FR 106 I took FR 382 and then FR384 to N40.60573 W112.4441. At that point the road is not as shown on map. Park and proceed on trail/cow path that takes you up the gully between the two summits of Trail Mountain. It is as good as many official trails. It peters out near the saddle, but by then you are in open terrain and you just weave your way between scattered sage brush to the top.
Completed the loop to tag both summits. The scree on the west side of the south summit is a bit gnarly but doable. The views were great in all directions with the returning of spring to the area.
