Trinchera and June snow

A sharp image of Trinchera Peak from un-named 11,144, above Bear Lk CG. The trail up Trinchera was clear until reaching the hairpin turn on the 4wd road above timberline. A solid snowpack with extremely steep slope required detouring around the hairpin turn in order to reach higher ground that was snow-free. June 2010.
