Congratulations, looks like an awesome climb! Sorry I missed it, but it was good to hike with you for that brief stint. ;) Glad you made it up and back safely. BTW: I immediately went out and bought moleskin after reading of your blisters...ouch!

WOW!

Really excellent report, Asphelle! An awesome read and the pictures came out good. I remember driving down there seeing those clouds over the Blanca Masiff and thinking, oh, shit.
The cooler temps and clouds probably helped things out in the snow dept. vastly for you two.
