True Summit of Leconte
This pile of rocks marks the highest point of Mt. Leconte, and is located on the north summit. The idea behind the pile of rocks is for hikers to keep adding rocks to this so that one day, Mt. Leconte will eventually be higher than Clingman's dome, thus taking the title of the highest mountain in the Smokies.
