Mountain bikes

Motor cycles are not allowed. Mountain bikes are allowed, at least when I rode it in 2008--it is a great trail for mountain biking, if you take the dirt road to the summit and then ride down this trail.

Bikes

Mountain bikes are allowed. That icon is of a Motorbike, not a bicycle. And I agree it is a nice trail to bike. Both 257 and Caribou ridge.
