If I remember correctly, it's a little bit of traverse, but it's fairly easy. There are two routes you can top rope of the top of the block. Dis-mantel and Dat-mantel, both 5.10b. Take a look at this http://www.summitpost.org/images/original/568982.JPG, the climber on the left is on one of those routes.
