Taken on the summit of Pico de Orizaba just as the sun rose over the horizon. The shadow is also of the Orizaba. I was sitting down because I was overjoyed to finally have found the top of the never-ending Jamapa Glacier!

Awesome photo

I like the shadow. I'm surprised this didn't have any votes. A caption identifying the summit you are on and the mountain casting the shadow would make this shot even better.

Thanks! I'm sitting on the top of Pico de Orizaba and the sun has just come up over the horizon. The shadow is also from Orizaba.
