Me, in the hideous Main Fork of Leprechaun Canyon (ACA rating: 4A III), in souteast Utah. This canyon is not recommended for anyone over 180 pounds, and I am at least 220. This is my first and probably last time through this claustrophobia-inducing canyon. Note that this photo does not show the narrow part of the canyon, but was chosen purely for its aesthetic quality. 26 October 2007. Photo by Rick Kent.

Poor Rick. When he leads the descent of a canyon, every time he turns around, this is what he is forced to see.

By the way, those $4 shorts are retired, and I am working on shredding my next pair on the sandstone in some more awesome Utah slots!

I just bought a BRAND new pair of pants... I loved them. Went hiking last weekend and now they have 3 holes. I know what you are talking about!
