Velunja pec

Velunja peč is a more than 10 m high, picturesque rock window in Slovenian forehills (Paški Kozjak, the foothills extention of Karawanks). The small creek carved it in thousands of years through triassic limestones barrier. Access is quick (15 minutes) and easy. The nice place is also shrouded in the mist of fairy tales.
