Alone on the summit...  Sucess!

Wonderful day. The mountain all to ourselves. No one on the summit when we got there (they'd all probably summited some hours before, from the "normal" from Angel Orús). No snow. Very hot on the way home. The crest was terrifying at first glance, but taking it slowly....okay. On the way down off the crest, I remember nearly losing my footing on a slopey bit of scree ... R found a better, higher place to cross. It was a matter of taking it calmy, not rushing...

A ridge too far

I've tried to climb the Posets following this route, but due to a stupid navigation fault (we took the wrong path in the forestal slope which leads to the base of Posets) we ended up on the wrong ridge. Thinking about it now, i think we were attempting the Espadas ridge, without knowing it. At approximately a hundred meters beneath the 'foresummit' I had to turn back, since I had no rockclimbing gear and skills. When I walked back to Viadós I saw the right route on the ridge left of ours. I didn't had time to try it another time, but.. I'll be back..
