View down the Lawenatal from the west ridge of Schwarzhorn - maybe I'm imagining it, but I think I can even spot the Rhine!

I looked at Google Earth, and checked with my other photos, and I do indeed think it's the Rhine, that tiny strip of light blue a little below the center of the photo. By the way, this photo nicely illustrates the poor quality rock on the steep west ridge of Schwarzhorn. 24 June 2012.

That's the Rhine alright, about 7000 feet below.
