Hasn't voted	We had planned to spend 1 night in the pansion, because we were in tranzit travelling, we called them on phone in order to book a room, they answered they have free rooms for the day we wanted, but when we informed them we want to spend only 1 night in the pansion, the reception simply cancelled the book because it's not a buisness for them .... no comment :(

	Hasn't voted	Thanks for the feedback. Unfortunately this kind of behaviour is not very professional and still quite common in countries from the ex east-block... The other day I wanted to book a whole week in a guesthouse for 4 people in the Sudetes. The woman picked up the phone and said "Bloody hell, go away, I have no time". I booked another one instead. If she knew what she missed...
