From near the summit of Gass Peak, this view of the Sheep range is to the north. Hayford Peak is towards the far right and Sheep Mtn is in the center of this pic (snow covered). The terrain is truly desert in nature and it is hard to believe that just a few days before much of this area was covered in snow.
