Gebel Musa (Mt. Sinai/Mt. Moses), Sinai peninsula, Egypt, is 2285 m./7496 feet, and probably one of the holiest mountains in the world. Here it's pictured from the valley in between Gebel Musa and Gebel Katharina. At the summit you will find a coptic church as well as an islamic mosque. Pictured 15/03/2005.
