I belive that is a Yellow Glacier-Lily (Erythronium grandiflorum). Also called snow-lily, dogtooth violet, adder's tongue, and avalanche lily.

What you have there is a tiger lily, (Lilium columbianum). Same family as the Erythronium. The Erythronium doesn't have spots on the tepals, nor do the tepals reflex back that far when the flower is fresh.
