It ain't over untill you're back on the pavement... Photo of the
"Tahoe Lady" in distress after losing her clutch 8 miles in on
the road to Donnell Reservoir. In this photo, the AWD Toyota has fallen off the low-clearance towing dollie when it dragged over the high rock in the lower left-hand corner of the photo, near the routes "Styxx Crossing" (5.11) and "Senile Dementia" (5.9 OW). Photo by Em Holland, and assistance by Vic's Towing located in the town of Sonora, over 40 miles away.

the 'drag' marks from that carriage thingie were still etched into the road this last weekend. Completed p1 of 'That Dam Route'.

Currently locked up in the isolation ward of the Home, but hope to escape toward Red Rocks sometime soon.
Unless we have a very dry autumn (Personally I'm praying for snow) probably won't be back up there until spring...
