High Tatra scenery In Mala...

High Tatra scenery In Mala Studena Dolina (Small Cold Valley). Maly Svach waterfall, on the picture, is over 100 meters high. I was amased how much water there is in High Tatra, both creeks and lakes. Above the waterfall, on the edge you can notice Teryho Chata hut (2015m). Behind is mighty Ladovy Stit (2627m). June 23rd 2000.

Good Ice climbing

In winter this valley is also the center for Slovak ice climbing. Though in recent years there has not been much ice.
