Peña Prieta Sur
The Peña Prieta Sur (2530m) (or Peña del Infierno) from the summit of Peña Prieta(2539m). Behind it can see the peak Espigüete.

The main summit of Peña Prieta is in the province of Cantabria but the south summit is the highest point of the province of Palencia. April 13, 2006.

I can see that slope on the right (falling towards Pozos de Riofrío) is not as steep as it seemed to be. Godwilling, I'll get back there some time this year. Just one more thing: Tres Provincias is not seen in this picture, is it?

Thanks. Tres Provincias is in right side following from the visible ridge-col in the center of the image (with 3 little mountaineers). The climb is very easy, not dangerous, the path is very wide and it's not visible for the little final ridge (is just under it)
