A large (for Colorado)...
A large (for Colorado) crevasse on the west side of Ptarmigan Snowfield. June, 2001.
I'm not sure if this is a true crevasse in the glacial sense, but it would still be a bummer to fall into.

While not large by Cascades glacier standards, that certainly seems big to me for CO! Also definitely looks like a true glacier to me (compacted ice on both sides)! Cool shot & thanks for sharing.
