The view west from the summit of Fenn Mountain looks across the Florence Lake basin. The saddle at the lower left center is the most common way to access Florence Lake, but there are no trails. Higher at left center is Gedny Mountain (7,380 ft.). The rocky point near the center is unnamed point 7,720, which is one of the highest points in the Crags, but given its location close to Point 7,835 it had low prominence. Coolwater Ridge is the ridge in the center distance. August 2008
