Late afternoon in Zavratnica...

Late afternoon in Zavratnica bay on the coast of Velebit. Once down from this part of mountain, during warm part of the year, there is no better place to refresh and replace sweat salt with fresh one from the sea. From Jablanac beautiful path leads along the sea, 20mins till the entrance into Zavratnica.

Yes Mark, Zavratnica is most beautiful at late afternoon and during sunsets, especially in winter, when Sun hits it directly. Below that thumb build path ends its short journey along the southern side of the bay. I guess they didn't want to spoil rest of it (right of thumb), which was good decision in my opinion.
