Overview

Medetsiz tepe (3524 m) is the highest peak of Bolkar mountain, which is a part of Taurus mountains. The tallest mountain in this range is Erciyes volcano - 3917 m.

Getting There

Bolkar mountain is easily accessible from south (Adana airport) or north (Kayseri airport). Starting point from south could be the town of Gulek, and from north - Darbogaz village.

Camping

From south, there are plenty of possibilities to camp. The valley which is used to summit, is also usable for tents - up to 2000 m.
