Uninspired route photo: the southern ascent route to Dreieckspitze through Bachertal can be seen almost completely from Arthur Hardeggen Trail: a steep climb through pine and fir forest leads you from Rein (left, outside the frame) towards Untere Kofler Alm, the little meadow to the left of the picture. From here you cut through the remaining trees towards upper Kofler Alm, the meadow to the far right of the picture. Here you turn north towards Koflersee (not visible) and east again (through the high valley to the right). Dreieckspitze can be divined above the Baerenluegscharte Pass to the far right. Sept 1999
