Hello Sebastian,

Sorry this took a while, was busy with some engineering.

We did not pass Gilman's point at our route, we approached the summit from the west, following the Arrow Glacier route. This route, of loose rock and glacier slopes, is just beside the Breach Wall (the only huge vertical wall Kili has, situated at the south-west part of this mountain).

Anyway, from this point, the crater rim at approx 5700m, it took us 2 hours to the summit. Which is a bit too long.
