Wall of Water
Greg was at the top of the first pitch on from Storm King when I turned around and saw this wall of water coming at us. I yelled up to him that we better call off our climb. We made a hasty retreat. We later learned that this storm washed out both Highway 20 and the Cascade River road after it passed over us. We experienced intense rain and hail. August 11, 2013.
