Wax Currant Blossoms

The flowers of Wax Currant are either white or pink. The fruits are bright red and edible. Wax Currant (Ribes cereum) shrubs are very common in the Spring Mountains, Nevada. I took this picture on the scree slope of Mummy Mountain in June 2007.
