West end of Lion Head

The actual highest spot on Lion Head is behind me and two sets of cairns are in place on the west end. Provo and Utah Lake are below with the Lake Mtn range beyond Utah Lake. To the left but not in the picture is Maple Mtn and to the right and also not quite in the picture would be Y Mountain. A nice hike would be to go from the valley floor. More info 9-12-08
