Actually.....

This particular dike which is the first one that you drive past heading south is called "Profile Rock". The second one which you also have posted is called "Devils Stairsteps". That's how they're named on the USGS map.

Profile Rock

You're absolutely right. The Profile Rock is in my grandparent's front yard. Grew up going to their house and thinking of climbing the peak. Now that I am 25, I'm finally going to do it!
Told my grandma I was going to do it and she was very happy! Sadly she passed away two weeks ago and it makes me even more anxious to climb to the top.
