Wetterhorn's East Face April 1, 2007

Wetterhorn's East Face from Matterhorn on the 1st of April 2007. Fantastic climbing conditions up the face. However, the warming during the daytime softened the snowpack making travel difficult. Travel at night was better, but the temperatures didn't get cold enough to completely refreeze the upper snowpack.
