Whitney Main Trail
A few clouds are all that remain from the storm that dropped a few inches of fresh snow on the Mt. Whitney Main Trail on October 28, 2007. Smoke from the southern CA fires filled the Owens Valley on Fri-Sat, and you could barley make out the Sierra. This picture was taken from just below the switchbacks on Sunday the 28th.
