Xmas Trees

I'm sorry to be a party pooper of traditions....but my father has a ranch in Oregon surrounded by Christmas tree farms. If people could see and understand the amount of waste that goes into getting these trees to the public.....to grow, chop for ONE holiday in the year..only to be tossed (hopefully at least recycled).....you most likely wouldn't buy a tree. Helicopters work all day picking the cut trees up and depositing them into huge semi-trucks that drive all over the nation....for a tree that will be up maybe two weeks (a couple months for you lazy people that keep them up until they are bare of pine needles. :)
