some photos of Navajo sandstone outcroppings south of the peaks of the Pine Valley Mountains, Utah

This spectacular bedrock is visible at many places in Utah (including Glen Canyon NRA, Grand Staircase-Escalante NP, Capitol Reef & Canyonlands NPs). In the Pine Valley Mountains of southwestern Utah (north of the city of Saint George) one can see more of it! These are a few of my photos from my visit in April 2021.
