Ciarforon

I climbed Ciarforon (North East ridge, July 1966) after Gran Parasido. I found a photo proving the glacier evolution (1926)

Re: Ciarforon

Dear Jerome,
these Ciarforon photos are very instructive examples. I am preparing a lecture for high school students (October 2023) on the disappearance of the Alps' glaciers. I will use this material.
Thank you very much and best regards, Romuald

Re: Ciarforon

Thank you for your sympathetic reply. With other amateurs, I participated in an anthology of the history of summer skiing in France.

Re: Ciarforon

Dear Jerome,
our memory of the past, of the achievements of our ancestors, is a treasure that we can pass on to our children and grandchildren for their good contribution to the future. This thought came to my mind after seeing your proposal about "Man in the Alps".
Thank you very much :)
Romuald
