A prehistoric sunset at Yellowstone?

Maybe this is what sunsets on earth looked like during the prehistoric times. August 2010

Re: Unreal

After driving in the car for 5+ hours it was nice to get out and see the wonders of Yellowstone during a beautiful sunset setting. Glad you like the picture (I like it so much I blew it up and framed it already) and many thanks for the comments LadyACray.
Happy Trails out there -TyeDyeTwins-

Re: Yeah, incredible!

Big Bang....close but no cigar. I'm sure that was a hell of a lot brighter, bigger, and more beautiful than this sight. According to my Biology classes life on earth may have started in an enviroment much like this one pictured here. Not a bad place to be a micro organism....wouldn't you agree? Sights like this one are just one of the too many reasons why I visit the Yellowstone/Grand Teton National Parks every year.....year after year. Glad you like the picture and happy trails.
