A scarecrow? No, it can't be

... coz' there is nothing growing up here, somewhere between 4800 and 4900m! But what it really is, I don't know either. It stood watch not far north of the highest point on the road between Chivay and Arequipa. The snow capped mountain in the background is Nevado Huarancante. 13 May 2011.
