A storm closes in...

A storm closes in...

Death Valley..apparently one of the hottest and driest places on earth with less than 2 inches of rain a year. So, I guess I should consider myself lucky that the one day that I was there I got to experience almost freezing temperatures during a major downpour! And, on the way out of the valley, there was a huge snow storm...imagine..so much luck in one day!

Hmmmm...

That must of been the same storm that dumped
two feet of snow in Flagstaff, Arizona.

I believe it was. The day before I climbed in Red Rocks and the next day the place was completely covered in snow...you people have very strange weather! But, the desert is absolutely beautiful either way.
