A view down into the lower...
A view down into the lower (Source Lake) basin of Chair Peak. This terrain is an avalanche trap in dangerous conditions. Fortunately, no such dangers on this nice sunny day. The snow really was crud though. I imagine the skiers returning to the parking lot weren't too enthused with it. Feb. 22, 2004.
