Above Whiteoak Canyon

This shot was taken while climbing through the Whiteoak Canyon in Shenandoah National Park. There was a rock ledge that was meant for viewing a waterfall, but if you turned around there was a nice view down Whiteoak Canyon toward the south. I really like the ridges in the mountains along the left wall of the canyon. (October 7, 2007)

Detach

I accepted some of your photos onto the Shenandoah page, but detached the rest. I am trying to limit the amount of photos on that page to under 30. So don't take it personally that I detached some of yours. Regards
