From Willow Lake
I climbed 13,546, Adams and 13580 all from Willow Lake. This was the day after the Kit Carson Group. I climbed the S Ridge of 13,546 and circled around to finish with the W Slopes of 13580.

NE Ridge and SE Face
Great climb from Horn Lake. The views of Kit Carson and the Crestones from the summit were awesome. Thoroughly enjoyed the climb up to the summit as well. Spent 1.5 hours on top - longest summit stay I think I have ever had - great weather for a change!

South East Face
Climbed from Horn Lake with my two dogs!
Fun mountain best done with high camp at Horn Lakes.
Must use good route finding to keep at class 2 1/2. Climbing can become 3rd class if you stray off route!

wet and sunny adams
2/1/13- long, tiring day(13 mi/5800' vert) solo. had to start breaking trail below the headwall, and it never stopped all the way to the summit. the slabs above 13,100' added an extra challenge, and made things interesting at the end. the mountain lion afterwards added some spice to the outing.
7/28/07- hiked through the wet willows with mike before climbing a drier adams and montana mujeres.
the often-rumored about summit block of adams was a fun little capper to an otherwise non-descprit mountain. mujeres was a nice, short trip afterwards to gain another perspective of adams right after climbing it. fun day!
Climbed Adams and "Montana Mujeres" with shanahan96 from Willow Lake. Rained off an on all morning, but stayed light and scattered enough to get both peaks.

via south ridge/traverse from Pt 13541
Did Adams via the south ridge and a traverse from Pt 13541, 13517 (soft ranked), and 13580. There is some tedious routefinding on this ridge between 13517 & 13580 as I had to drop off the ridge a few hundred feet. Will be back to get the other 2 13ers from the Crestone Lake basin.

South Ridge with 13,580 and 13,546
A great, long day up the Willow Creek drainage to 13,580, up the south ridge to Mount Adams and then over to 13,546 which ended up being my favorite summit of the day. All great peaks and not a soul around. Descent down South Crestone Lake drainage was stunning and equally solitude filled.

Beautiful winter day, great mountain, awesome views. Kicked my butt. 16 hours round trip, and became dehydrated and weak because didn't eat/drink enough. Thanks to jclements and climbhighnow for desire to make top, even late in day (330pm). Snow light but some postholing in trees below Willow Lake.
