Getting There

BY CAR
Motorway A/22 Modena - Brennero
Exit San Michele all'Adige - Mezzocorona
(15 Km north of Trento) continue on state road 43 and 43dir in direction Valle di Non, Cles, Livo, Val di Bresimo
BY TRAIN
Bologna – Brennero railway line Stations of Trento or Mezzocorona Reach the regional Trento-Malé railway station and continue by local train to Dermulo. The valley resorts are served by local bus connections.

The Maddalene range in the northern Alps crowns Val di Non and marks the border between the two provinces of Trento and Bolzano: a natural and unspoilt mountain range, fascinating and rich in agricultural and gastronomic traditions, and distant from
the busy roads and the traffic.

Route Description

From the village of Bresimo ( Non valley) proceed until reaching the Malga Bordolona di Sotto, where you can park.
 From the malga take the SAT 136 which ascends to the Malga Bordolona di Sopra. Near the malga there is a signposted crossroads, take the SAT 136 which ascends through grassland up to Passo Alplaner (2424 m.)
From here you descend towards the nearby Lago Alplaner (Lago Trenta) and then at the junctionof n.14A and 12 proceed along the path n.12 which goes upwards and around the side of themountain on rough and rocky terrain.
 Shortly before reaching the top there is a path n.14 whichafter only a few minutes arrives at the point where you begin the descent along path n.12 towards Val Clapa. You go back up the valley by way of path n.16 which takes you to Passo di Val Clapa and finally from here you can go down SAT 122 to Malga Scalet di Sopra and Malga Bordolona.
