Approaching Cogne
After a bend of the road while driving up the valley, first glimpse of the meadows of Cogne, included the renowned "Prato di Sant'Orso".
In the foreground one can see the hamlet of Cretaz and in the background part of the mountains surrounding Cogne: (from left) Punta di Loie, Punta del Rossin, Punta di Tsesère and, on the right, Punta Fenilia.
