Thanks for your rating! I will post many photos and more informations about this mountain range. The Tennengebirge probably means for me the same as the Karawankes for you or Velebit for Aleksandar.
Take care not to have everything on one page. If I were you, I would keep this page as an overview of the whole group (with all general information - huts, weather, approaches etc.) and then quickly create distinct pages for every summit. And link everything together :))
This is also my intention but the Tennengebirge offers so many topics (caves, waterfalls, geology, skiing, flowers....) that it will become a large page.
Beautiful page Klaus!! I love Tennengebirge although I haven't been up there but I've looked at those beautiful walls many times from Villach - Salzburg highway. My wish to visit some day but there are so many fantastic places, in Austria alone, that I don't know how many lives I would need to see all I would love to :-)
thanks for visiting my Tennengebirge page which is far from being complete but I will add more photos and informations about this mountain range. Tennengebirge is of course not Velebit but there are some similarities and it also offers lots of unspoiled nature.

Untitled CommentNice you have added this group - one of rare groups of Eastern Alps where I haven't been.
After a week or two (I'm regularly back on this site) this is becoming one of the best pages on SP!
